EarnTrackGrow Privacy Policy
1. Overview
EarnTrackGrow is a personal finance and asset management application designed to help you organize information about assets, income, expenses and recurring financial transactions.
2. Information we collect
When you create and use an EarnTrackGrow account, we may collect information that you provide or generate through use of the app, including:
- Account information: your email address and account identifier.
- Asset information: asset names, types, descriptions, locations, values, notes and related records that you choose to enter.
- Financial activity: income and expense records, transaction names, amounts, currencies, categories, due dates, payment status, paid dates, actual amounts, recurring schedules and notes.
- Settings: preferences such as reminder settings and currency.
3. Information we do not intentionally collect
EarnTrackGrow does not intentionally collect precise device location, contacts, SMS messages, call logs, microphone recordings, or advertising identifiers as part of the app's core functionality.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide account-based personal finance and asset management features, authenticate your account, store and display your records, generate upcoming recurring transactions, maintain security, and operate and improve the service.
5. Service providers and sharing
EarnTrackGrow uses Supabase as its backend infrastructure and authentication provider. Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers as necessary to operate the application.
We do not sell your personal or financial information. We do not intentionally share your financial records with third parties for advertising purposes.
6. Security
Data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Access to application records is protected through authenticated access controls and database row-level security policies designed to restrict records to the associated account.
7. Data retention
Your account information and application records are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When your account is deleted, associated application data is deleted in accordance with the account deletion process, subject to any limited retention required by law or legitimate security purposes.
8. Account and data deletion
You can delete your account directly from EarnTrackGrow → Settings → Delete Account. We also provide an external account deletion resource for users who cannot access the app.

9. Children's privacy
EarnTrackGrow is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, its data practices, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.
